  Worst BK ever!! We waited, with around 8 people in line behind us and 6 ahead of us waiting for food, for about twenty minutes before someone even BOTHERED to come take our order. Another twenty for our food, and people were getting impatient. One woman asked politely for a manager, and asked the manager what was taking so long, since there were five people on duty that we could see yet only ONE person working the grill. (One was just emptying trash!) The manager (Michael) got incredibly defensive and said that they were just teenagers, she needed to cut the kids some slack. The customer responded politely (a LOT more politely than I think the manager deserved at this point for the previous comment) that maybe the manager could motivate the employees to help the one grill guy and to move faster. That's when the manager raised her voice and yelled "I'm gonna have to ask you to STOP TALKING TO ME LIKE THAT!" and left.
  Utterly ridiculous. There was absolutely no reason to respond to a perfectly polite customer that way. I was astounded, and appalled at what I just witnessed. I will never, ever go here again and I will be contacting the corporate customer service line as well.

  I ordered a milk shake I wish they had ice cream, but the milkshake was good too. The staff was very friendly and fast.
